We've more or less confirmed that Facebook (mobile) targeted ads based on spoken conversations... But microphone permissions are off. Are they acquiring the data from other sources?

We've tested a few things to see if Facebook is listening. Every time it's been successful. Our Facebook and messenger permissions are off for microphone. Where are they getting the data? Another company /app? Google? (android phones)
