Is anybody else divorcing Apple?
This is not really an "anti-apple" post, so much as a disgruntled user who is finally starting to cut the cord. Of course, I'll keep my iMac, iPad, and Macbook until the inevitably die, but I will no longer be replacing with Apple products.

Apple products no longer hold-up, quality wise. Metal API (cutting support for the Late 2011 iMac already, etc) is not worth being locked into their system.
-
Lack of customization gets old.
-
Where are all the USB and other jacks? I still use these!
-
Limited to what you can link to (apple TV, apple homepod, etc)
-
The tech just isn't holding up - look at how long Apple users had to fight for NFC and STILL can't write them!
-
Gaming.
Has anybody else begun the process of divorcing Apple? Why?
