Internet speed

I am trying to figure out which internet company to go with. I usually have up to 3 xboxes running at the same time that are wired in straight to the router and other devices connected through WiFi. I have spectrum 400 mbps currently but it cuts out constantly and I usually get 100 max if I’m lucky. I was wondering if I switched to the AT&T 75 mbps would I get a better/more constant connection? I know they say spectrum uses shared bandwidth and ATT has a dedicated bandwidth.
