How Google Invades Your Online Privacy Every Day

I just learned that Google and Facebook basically track all your activities online even when you are not using your computer or your mobile phone

This is the list of things Google and Facebook collect from what i just learned:

  1. Your IP address
  2. Date, time you search something
  3. phone/computer model used when you search (so they result page can fit your screen)
  4. Browser you use (chrome, firefox, safari)
  5. your search history
  6. Your browsing history even in incognito mode!
  7. Your current location (remember you authorized Google map to access your location?)

These are the tiny little things that seem negligible but they are being collected every second, minute, hour and day in our lives and eventually they become big data that Google and Facebook use to sell to marketing companies.

These are just what i know and there could be way more private data of ours that have been collected that we are not even aware of. What can we do about this?
