Disk Space

I NEED HELP!

I really need to free up disk space on my PC but I’ve tried every. Single. Way. But I’ve only removed about 3 GB so far. I have NO temporary files, I turned hibernation off, and whenever I run disk cleanup, I only get about a few KB to clean up! Any help??
