Can you help me identify this

Hi I need the cable in this video to fix my nans tv, it is a vga to hdmi cable with some type of audio connector. Could someone link me to a UK site if possible amazon etc that has everything for cheapest price please. I have tried for hours to find the right thing but I am paranoid I will waste my money picking wrong thing. Would really appreciate any help, thanks.
