I bought a TCL 55 Smart TV and without asking me for permission, it logs into my Netflix account.

I've logged out twice and I feel like the next time I turn it on, it will log back in, I don't know where to check on the settings, I've already checked security and it's still doing it. The Software appears to be Android 8.0.
