Found my JBL air pod under my work dumpster, can I clean it or should I chuck it?

Was getting out of my work van when it fell under, came into work as they were moving it and found my air pod this morning, I work for a carpet company so it’s not that disgusting under there, although I’d love to wipe it down and possibly like spray something inside the air pod to clean it, or should I just throw it away and live with one? Times are hard when you’ve got dental bills
