Sun Lamps Advice

Hi guys!

I've been searching online for a sun lamp, but having some issues as there is such a huge range for varying purposes.

I've been trying to find a light or bulb that I can use in my room to emit a spectrum similar to the tone of sunlight to help my mood. I find sunlight to be very calming and grounding, so I'd require a light intended for people opposed to a grow light.

I'm just curious if any of you guys use these lamps, any advice or direction would be hugely appreciated!
