Trump - Polling via Social Media

Is it possible to scroll social media platforms and get a real-time sense of the countries reaction to Trump’s antics (or, anything else)? I dont trust any poll I see from ‘legitimate’ news agencies so I wonder if theres a way to pulse check via social media?
