Hard Chromium Installation

Hi. I need help in removing what I believe is the Chromium Virus from my gaming PC. Please read the backstory, it is important.

Backstory: My dumb 12 year old myself back then accidentally installed the virus from a suspicious website. As soon as I saw it, from past experience (I used to have 2 computers infected too and they both died which led me to buying this gaming laptop) , I deleted it immediately around 1-2 minutes it was installed. I uninstalled it through control panel. Now when I try methods like using revo uninstaller, it does not show the virus to uninstall.

Why am I sure it is the chromium virus?: The icon was the same as the virus that destroyed the 2 computers. It shows symptoms like pop-up "surveys" and my antivirus is going crazy.

So, I hope you guys are able to find a way to get rid of it. Thanks in advance! :)
